Home office policies

Home office vs. office work – at its core – is not a technical question (how many days are optimal and similar).

The real issue is communities vs. transactional teams; both of these may be sustained in both ways.

The problem is when transactional teams falsely consider themselves to be communities (bullshit culture) and can’t face the fact that everybody’s happier at home. Alas, it is this delusion that gives birth to most corporate policies, including the ones on home office.
